i was breaking out even more from washing my face twice a day. now i use a gentle facial scrub in the morning (queen helene oatmeal & honey facial scrub) and a light moisturizer right after (aveeno skin brightening w/SPF) and then just splash some warm water on my face before i go to bed and once or twice a week use an oxy acne pad before bed. this seems to have worked for me!

I would try using a clarifying daily face cleanser. I heard the Proactive line works pretty good. I personally do not have acne problems, but my sisters do. Use cleansers with no added moisture, like any of the Dove ones. And drinks lots and lots of water, it really helps!!

Instead of spending loads of money on expensive lotions why not try mixing some ground almonds with honey and a tiny bit of milk? I was getting spots and this has improved the problem a lot. Its also made my skin tone more even as well as leaving it nice and soft.

Go to a dermatologist.
Also, if you are getting them around your jaw line, you might want to start cleaning your telephone and cell phone daily with an alcohol wipe. The oils from your skin get on the phone and grow bacteria, which transfers back to your face and can give you acne.

first,you should eat alot of vegetables and fruits
then use asuitable soap
avoid drinking alcohol and cola
avoid too much chocolate and fatty food
don't worry !!!!!!!!!
acne will disappear within 2 years

there's a lot that can make you and your skin feel better
- drink plenty of water - ideally 2 litres a day
- have a facial sauna once a week to take out all impurities - you can pick one up for abut £20
- eat lots of fruit
- cut out greasy foods
- take cod liver oil

you must apply lemon on your face , you may have itching but do not get afraid of it it will take some time (1-2 weeks) , you will be fairer too .

i was told washing face to much can cause pimples too....Try lemon juice...dab all over face and it will tighten pores and reduce pimples...

You could try proactive, it worked for me. Or you could try drinking more water and eating more green foods.
