It depends on what you want in a supplement. If you're looking for a high-energy thermogenic or a "fat burner", you have to do a little shopping around. Next time you're at the mall, stroll into GNC and ask about the diet supplements.
In the meantime, here are some supplements I would suggest:
Inferno, by Nutrabolics
Melting Point, by Designer Supplements
Venom, by ALRI
Hydroxycut, by Muscletech
P.S.: In case you were wondering, your Body Mass Index is 23.3, which places you in the normal weight range for your height. If you know how much you want to weigh, go to the site below and use the BMI calculator to determine if it's healthy for you. Next, check out the calorie calculator to determine your appropriate calorie intake for the weight you wish to maintain. Both sites have great advice for how to achieve the target weight you desire. Hope that helps you, good luck!!

Hi Naomi!
Supplements don't really maintain your weight. Being in a state of calorie neutrality does. This means that you are burning as many calories as consume. If you are trying to maintain your weight, I would start with a 2000 calorie/day diet. If you gain weight, reduce the calories by 250, if you lose weight, increase by 250 until you get to a state of balance.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

STAY off that garbage. There is no short cut to healthy eating and excercise. You're pretty thin any way. It's not like you have a lot of weigh to lose. You can do it the right way. You don't need the damage and the subsequent weight gain.

Stay off junk, and meat products. follow a vegetarian diet if yo can. There are a lot of vegetables that will make you forget there is meat, and they will keep you health, and you will maintain your weight. sometimes its even cheaper!
Eat alot of fruits too!

My doctor told me that drinking ice cold water is an appetite suppressant. Most people do not drink what they are suppose to in water and I believe if they did and I did, I would lose more weight.
