The first step to recovery is ADMITTING you have a problem. You have completed that step, which means you have taken a step to recovery. Follow through. You know what to do next.

You need to talk to someone real FASTTTTTTTT. I know of a friend who had a similar case of anorexia and it was terrible seeing what it was doing to her. i made a mistake in not telling just as she did and it almost did her in. so talk to someone fast. you should know better since this isnt the first time with you. remember once beaten twice shy. Get to a psychiatrist fast or talk to someone who really cares and understands

talk to others with the same.. you should be doing some group effort and join them in the battle of this disease.

long as you know that you know better and that you need the help and know that you suffer this... you are on your way to helping yourself.

don't think that you'll be cured of this... it returns often sometimes not so often but you'll come up with this situation again...

it's normal so don't feel you've failed... don't feel as if you aren't strong... this is normal.

just try to reach others and help them while you are helping yourself it will do you much good and find a professional and councilor also.

:D

I really think that you should go to a doctor. I think you should go to counselling. Hopefully you can stop yourself, before it is too late.....
