I have been really bad in my time but yesterday I was on the operating table for a minor little thing.
It should of never happened but they started to lose my vital signs
Damn it really felt good,it was so peaceful.
All I remember is that they said we're losing him,his vitals are dropping fast,
I remember telling them to let me go...!
They said we cannot let you go and started with needles and such, next thing you know I was feeling the pain again.
Now I weep, was I going to see my maker or just knocked out for a few seconds.
I don't understand after a life of being bad and sinful how i would get there..,BUT I wana go back..

When much has been forgiven there is great love. Can you understand that statement?

I can.

Growing up with drugs and staying drunk. I understand what it means to by forgiven but forgiven from what?

Well answer this question, do you think that you are a good person?

Have you ever told a lie? Doesn't' matter how big or small just told a lie? What does that make you?

Have you ever stole anything? Doesn't matter cost or how big or small. What does that make you?

We know the law you shall not commit murder but Jesus said that if you hate someone that you are guilty of murder. What does that make you?

One day you will stand before a Holy God and how will you be judged? I pegged all 3 or those listed and more so that will make me a lying, thieving, murderer before judgment and guilty of the judgment to come. What about you?

Something or someone had to pay the price for me and that price was paid in full for all time on the cross. When much has been forgiven there is great love. It is the understand that no matter how good I think I am by Gods law I am condemned. It is at a blood stained where much has been forgiven and you understand at there is great love.

Wow, what a crazy experience. I think will be a precious memory to help you get through the pain. How would you go there, after living a life of sin? hmmmm, well it's my belief that God holds us responsible for what we know and understand. Here's the challenge for you now: you understand a little more, so now, you'll be a little more responsible for that knowledge.

Good luck, I hope you have a fast recovery, so you can start riding that vulcan soon - man vulcans are such great bikes (I just have a magna).

The drugs they would have been using have known psychological affects. Further, if they were so panicked, it is likely that your heart had either stopped or your blood pressure had bottomed out. Either way, you would have experienced red-out/black-out akin to what pilots experience during High-G maneuvers. The very experience you describe has been had by people who were nowhere near death, they were simply in a large pilot training centrifuge.

Treasure your experience, but understand it in context.

I've had an NDE as well, I didn't see God or the devil, in fact, I spent the time with Fenrir wolf from Norse mythology.

That feeling of peace was your memory of who and what you are; not a "bad" person, but a perfectly loved creation of what the world calls "God". You were remembering the Now, the perfect moment when God willed you be holy and whole with Him.

Of course you want to go back, but in truth, you never left, and never could! You came back so you can share this with others, help them realize they need not fear. You are "here" for a reason.

All the chemicals the brain releases at that time give you a state of euphoria, it's part of going into shock and is there to ease the pain our body is experiencing. It's all a matter of chemicals and lack of oxygen to the brain.

Even if your life is not what you may have been taught is perfect, death is not something horrendous to be feared. Just know that when your time has come you will be able to return. Perhaps you still had to come back to finish what is still left undone.

Of course, would you really want to stick around the "foot stool" globe forever? There are better places in the universe.
