You eat something...it doesn't matter what, you just put it in your mouth! Many people make the mistake of eating out or fast food meals. This is one sort of diet, and a very bad one if not done in moderation, like any other high caloric, high sodium, high sugar food items. As long as you eat, you are on some form of diet; a good diet or a bad diet.

find a diet that is acceptable to you and change your eating habits to fit in with that diet. one of the best diets ive found that works for many people is a diet of all raw vegitables and fruits for at least a month this helps to get rid of impurities in your body after a month of this diet it is best to start moving to cooked fruits and vegitables along with raw to keep your body clean from impurities that other fatty foods have caused. part of this diet requires that you do not eat anything 4 hours before your bed time this does not mean to change your bed time to a later period of the day but rather eat earlier so that your stomach has time to clean itself out over night this will speed your metabolism up effectively. also eating breakfast first thing in the morning helps to kickstart your metabolism each day and also helps you to feel more refreshed and ready for the day

eat fist-size portions of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, dairies, and proteins at ever meal and exercise for 30 minutes a day

i know it's hard to resist the temptation. but try to find good but also healthy food. it'll make you feel better. you also have to force yourself not to eat junk food.

You can start by eating less.....eating less junk..more water....fruits and vegis....reduce amount of carbs and red meat.....salmon's great!....and excercise...good luck!
