think and really feel your loved ones.

your Father, Mother, Brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends... your achievements.. do your favorite hobby, treat yourself, or better yet---

take time to reflect and talk to GOD-- hey, c'mon..in a sincere way.

im sure it helps! cry if you need too.

don't worry its just you and HIM. =)

Everyone feels depressed from time to time. If this has been going on for awhile, you can talk to a doctor about it.

Help yourself by getting outside and exercising some. Just a nice walk in the sunshine on a regular basis will do wonders for your mood.

Do things that you enjoy doing whether you feel like it or not. Just do them.

Call up a friend and talk or go do something together.

Keep busy.

It's really hard to get motivated to do things when you feel low, and it you cannot do anything, really I think you would benefit by talking to a doctor.

A lot of things can help. What I have found best to improve my mood is to talk to friends and family and try to get at the root of what is bothering you. It really helps to figure out what your problems are and come up with ways to solve them. Expressing yourself through talking, writing, art, etc. is good. Exercise helps and listening to music. If you still feel bad you should talk to a doctor and maybe get put on medication. Also, praying and meditating can be helpful if you are very spiritual.
