I started out exercising 15-25 mins a day and eating 1800 calories a day. Lost 1 lb a day doing that.

Then I stoppped for while and started up again at around 1600 calories a day. Started losing 1 lb a day until i got to 200 lbs. Then no matter how much I exercised I didn't lose anything until I stopped exercising.

Now I eat 1600-1800 calories a day an don't exercise and I'm losing half a lb a day. I'm 6'1 btw.

Wierd?

I'm fine with losing muscle. :)

I only have about 15-20 lbs of fat on me left to go. :P

Do cardio exercises for 30-60 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Regularly working out for a month will increase your energy levels, improve your mood and reduce your waist size. Commitment will also help you to choose the best exercise that will aid your fat loss.Vary your exercise routine. This will make your workout exciting, thus increasing your motivation. Choose any exercise to burn fat. The most popular types of exercises are running, walking, hiking, playing basketball etc. But ensure that you do this chosen activity with enough intensity to raise your heart rate. You can also choose a combination of two or more activities.

You're losing muscle, not fat. You want to build muscle and get rid of fat.

There's really no healthy way to lose weight without exercising. You might have hit a plateau, where you keep up with your weight loss program but nothing happens. Talk to your doctor - he or she can help you with a diet and exercise program, and help you get past that plateau.

You NEED exercise, no matter what you do.

There is a balance that your body hits, where calorie burn equals calorie intake. I'm guessing that your body will maintain 200 pounds if you take in 1600 calories while you sit on the couch.
