It's been two weeks, are there any desises taht i can contract from the little nasty?

Yes. A cat's mouth is full of bacteria. It could also have rabies. It probably doesn't , but you should at least call your doctor. I'm sure you're ok, but just to be safe, call the doctor.

Tetanus is always a possibility with any puncture wound. You should have gone to the doctor right away so they could take precautionary measures against diseases like tetanus and rabies.
