There are self study tapes/records. Go to local library and see if they have it. If they do not have it , they still can look it up in their catalogues.

You can then buy it yourself.

Next is Googel your search.

Advertise and see if you can find some one to teach you by spending hour or two per day.

See if some one has advertise in the paper, and running classes, most embassy have classes, some times they are free, you need to inquirer at British embassy, and tell them you may visit their great country some day to sight see.

If you wrote this your self then, you are doing well, just try answering the question and ask some "Q?"

Hint: Use word or any other good processor with spelling and gramme check, this way you will learn the language. If you have Word this check are under tools. Use them and then import the corrected text in the Yahoo answers.

Your best bet is to go there on a visit visa for a month(please note tht the visa rules & rates have just changed effective 1st of August, 2008) & search through local newspapers online. Also once you are there, you should place an ad in the local newspapers, & you will receive calls from placement agencies or companies who need people with your profile. There is a good opportunity for people with your background in biz develpmnt. However, do remember that the cost of living has sky-rocketed in Dubai. Almost half your salary will go in just accommodation costs. If you are a bachelor, great, you may be provided with shared accommodation, which will help you save a lot of money. The great mistake people do is 'joining a spoken english course'. You can not speak in english by simply getting through spoken english course classes. never do that. instead go on speaking in englilsh every where and review yourself and clarify your doubts with experts. you can speak in english with in 20 days. spoken english courses r everywhere in India , its seen in every leading english dailies,u have to spend money, u can help urself by listening to bbc news channel and immitate them ,speak in good english to ur friends . the courses might help u in grammer, but listening to english speakers and immitating them is a must , u need a tape / a cd could help., especially for checking ur accent and grammer.
