The legal gambling and drinking age in Nevada is 21.

Your CAN go to shows with an adult, except those which feature topless or nude performers. The Cirque d'Soleil shows, "O", and "Mystere" are fantastic. Siegfried and Roy are perpetual favorites. Lance Burton has a great magic show, and Danny Gans does a great show, too. Anyway, you get the idea.....under aged individuals will be welcome at almost all of the shows, in all of the restaurants, and of course, the arcades, movies, virtual reality games and attractions, the Luxor has great attractions, and roller coasters. They can walk through the casinos, but has to remain eight feet from any gaming machine or gaming table. There are walkways through all of the casinos, and they do keep an eye out to make sure that minors do not play, or stay near gaming because the casinos could lose their gaming lisense if a minor plays in their casino.
There is plenty of SHOPPING and lots to do without gambling.
Here's a website which gives lots of information about things to do:

21. You can still go to most of the shows, but since all places serve alcohol, most of them for free as long as you are gambling, 21 is the age.
