Maybe you need therapy and not just medication. Sometimes there isn't a magic pill that will solve everything for you instantly.

I had the sme problem a year ago. I felt fuzzy headed and started having panic attacks also. I felt like I was in a room and the walls were closing in on me. I got to where my stomach felt like it does when you are riding a rollder coaster. I would feel like I was going down a big hill while I was sitting in one place. I would actually catch my breath. The last straw was when I started having severe chest pains. I had stress tests done on my heart and everything only to be told that it was anxiety and stress. The put me on Kolonipin (not sure of the spelling, sorry) and in no time I was feeling like my old self again. It is amazing what stress can do to a person. I recently went off that medicine and so far the attacks haven't returned. Maybe you just need something to help you through whatever stress you are going through. Talk to you doctor and let him know how you are feeling. If you don't think you are getting through to him talk to someone in the mental health field. The feelings you are having are real and there is no reason to suffer if you don't have to. There are others who have gone trough or are going through this same thing and we understand. Good luck to you and God Bless!!!

A combination of medication and therapy is always best. Don't stop taking your medication, please. Even if it feels like it isn't working, give it a chance. Anti-depressants can sometimes take up to six weeks to take full effect.
Depression can affect you more than just mentally, but physically, too, which could explain why your body is achy.
If you feel like your doctor isn't helping much, try finding another one. I went through FOUR doctors till I found one that I was completely comfortable with. She turned out to a holistic doctor (I thought most of them were quacks), but she suggested -- on top of the medication I was taking -- vitamins like B12 and folic acid, which actually help balance out your brain chemistry and give you energy.
Good luck. :)

Those symptoms are common in candidiasis, fibromyalgia, and other so-called chronic invisible ailments. Do you have any other symptoms besides those specified? I have a bunch of websites you could check if you want to start doing your own research.

I get that feeling from time to time too. You are never alone. They always say excercise and vitamins help/ *shrug* My best advice is spend a weekend in bed. Do things that please you say watch movies or sleep. Get some good rest.
