I do sometimes, it depends on what kind of mouth wash I use... I dont think it hurts anything. If I use a real strong (alcohol based) mouth wash, then I DEF rinse out with water, If not... then I dont.

no not really. most mouth washes tend to work for a few hours after they are rinsed through the mouth as it clings to the teeth. i guess by rinsing with water after you are more likely to wash the mouthwash away. so just mouthwash and then go about your daily thing xxx

Sure you can, the mouthwash is made so it has a nice clean, brushed smell to your mouth. Water is fine.

NO, the mouthrinse is good for the gums and your breath. After you spit out the mouth rinse some still stays around the gums and your tongue.
