The easiest way to open an ISO file is to use Nero or Daemon(it's free to download)
If you have Nero do these things: Start > All Programs > Nero > Tools > Nero Image Drive > then enable first virtual drive ,after that a tab appears at the top of the current window , click on that and brows you ISO file and press OK, then you can open my computer and see a new virtual CD or DVD drive which contains your ISO files.

An ISO file is for burning an image onto a cd - burning software has stuff that makes the image: when it is burned to cd, then you have an operating cd, such as a game for installing, even an operating system for installing. There is no point in getting a program that will permit you to look into the file: once it is burned to cd, well, there the stuff is.

You need a program like Roxio or Nero to burn it to a cd or dvd.
If you just want to view the files in the ISO, go google 'daemon tools'.
Download and install that prog, it's free.
