OK Steven - here goes - and don't be offended:- There are 3 reasons you have what is called "a beer belly" - #1: Look at your father and his brothers - it could be genetic. #2 - Your eating habits - do you eat "on the run"? - improper digestin of food, even liquids will cause this - (I'll explain later) - #3: You do drink and if its BEER - then I am guessing you drink directly from the bottle. Stop that NOW - pour the beer into a tall glass - you loose 50% of the "hops" that way and reduce cellulite. Now explaining #2 - When you eat "on the run" or too quickly, the stomach feels satisfied but the "brain" doesn't know yet! - It takes your "brain" up to 20-min. to realize you have nurish your body. When the brain realizes you HAVE eaten - you are on the run again and so it cannot do its job properly - like separate the good food from the bad - therefore building more and more cellulite. Try this method and adjust your eating and drinking habits - buy/borrow a Alabaster (heavy) rolling pin - when your watching TV or just hanging out (privately) - use the rolling pin and "roll" it up and down over your stomach - its a slow process and you must be faithful - do this everyday for as long as it takes - rolling over the stomach with the rolling pin will "break the air around the cellulite", which has accumulated because of your poor eating and drinking habits. Other then that Steven, you could look at liposuction. Once all excess "fat cells" are removed, they DO NOT RETURN. Good luck and be happy with the body God gave you - love yourself first - appearances are superficial, its whats inside the MAN that counts!

Define by what you mean by a "good diet." If you drink a lot of soda, that is the start of your problems. Carbonation slows down weight loss. Check the ingredients of the foods you put into your body. If one of the top three ingredients is "high fructose corn syrup" put it down and find an alternative. You can get granola bars and other snacks without it. Avoid fruit drinks because they are loaded with high fructose corn syrup as well. You're going to pay up to a dollar more for foods without it, but think of the cost as an investment into your health. It sounds cliche, but drink a lot of water to flush out the system. If you wake up in the morning and just do 20 situps and do 20 more before bed, it will have an effect.

Light up the grill, carefully cut out any part of you stomach you don't like and put it on grill. Have someone to stitch up the open. You get to lose all the weight and everybody gets a good old time of barbecuing, just make sure you don't tell them what they are eating.
