Avoid all ROOT based, like potato ,yam, beet etc. except carrot.
Green.leafy vegetables are good.
Tops are Beans, Cabbage,peas,Cauliflower,all greens
Take, pumpkin juice in morning (preferably on empty stomach ),pomegranate juice in evening,
All said and done regular exercise ( 4 days in a week ) is a must.preferable Cardio ( aerobic ) exercise like brisk walking, cycling or join a gym and go for Treadmill and Cycle.
Tirst 2-3 months reduction will not be visible. After that fall in weight will be continuous if strict regime is maintained ( less intake of calorie than outgo in a day )- eat very small meal every 3 hours. It may look daunting but I am doing.
Good Luck.

Celery's good to dice and add to a lot of regular recipes. It adds texture & bulk without adding calories (or less than you burn chewing it, anyway) and has a good about of calcium which they say helps burn fat.
Sweet peppers (red, green, yellow) are good that way too if they're more to your taste. Or do both. The more variety the better so try a lot and toss in everything you like.
