I am thankful that I have dreams, because dreams make me see a future beyond what the present reality offers.
I am thankful that I have love - in my heart and in my life, even when the one in my life is busy or confused.
I am thankful that I have peace - a peace that transcends my ability to explain how I can be peaceful in the face of turmoil.
I am thankful that I have God, who leads me and opens ways where there are apparently none.
I am thankful that I have life - even when life is sad, because then I know I am still alive.
I am thankful that I am alive - even when I doubt the reasons why I should go on, because I know that I am growing through pain.
I am thankful that I will not give up, give in, throw in the towel, walk away, or hang my head, for I know then that I have overcome the obstacles in my mind and have strengthened.
I am thankful for beauty - in people and in things around me.
I am thankful for the ugliness of life for it reminds me of how much I have to offer.
I am thankful for blue skies & sunshine, and for the rain that will hit us soon, because I know my grass will grow and my flowers will bring me joy tomorrow.
I am grateful, above all, that I have hope, which is something no-one can take away, even if they do not believe in a future as I believe it can be, even if trying to kill hope were the right thing to do, because it keeps me dreaming... and because dreams begin the cycle of thankfulness again, I am grateful for this chance at breathing one more day.

I am thankful that I have finished uni for this week, for my little sis who jus came back home after working abroad for the summer, and I am also thankful that I have 2moro off work so I can hit the clubs 2nite and not worry bout getting up 2moro morning......

I am thankful that my Genetics exam is over, but not happy that I now have to study for an Organic Chemistry exam on Monday.

I'm thankful that I have someone who loves me just as much as I love him and it's Friday and we get to eat lunch together and I get to spend time with him tonight and tomorrow! YEAH!

i'm pretty grateful that i'm no longer closer to Washington, D.C. 'reason particular as heck i might want to shoot me a Congressman or 2! be conscious to democrats: it is levity and not in any respect meant as a count number for severe interest.

I am thankful for another day with my family and as well that my husband has been fortunate enough to not have deployed overseas. Thank you to all those that have had to serve overseas to protect our country! :o)
