While juices are good for you as long as you don't overdo them because of the sugar, the actual fruit is much better for you. Apples themselves have fiber in them and that's not present in apple juice. Processing any type of fruits or veggies destroys some of the nutrients.

No, it isn't. Almost all fruit juices are LOADED with sugar and contain very little or no actual juice. So, give up the juice and go for the real thing. And if you dont like apples all that much, change it up....bananas, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, there are a ton of things to pick from. Congrats on the baby!

Plle juice is loaded with more calories than a can of soda... an apple itself is a negative calorie food, i.e. It burns more calories for your body to digest an apple than whats in it.
Ie you want to level off at nine months, dont drink apple juice. Eat the apple. But if you still feel like you need a couple more pounds, by all means, keep drinking juice.

No. despite the fact that if it extremely is organic, the sugar content cloth in apple juice is lots bigger via fact it takes greater apples to make that lots juice. eating an apple is lots greater effective, yet apple juice is powerful for you moderately, see you later because it includes a hundred% apple.

apple juice doesn't have alot of fiber in it like a fresh apple does. Instead of drinking apple juice you need to be drinking orange juice for the folic acid to help keep the baby from having birth defects.

no, apple juice loses more than half of the nutrients you originally get in apples...
my suggestion would be to make yourself a fruit smoothie everymorning...bananas, apples, pineapple and strawberries are very good for you...add a bit of apple juice and you get a lovely pep-up drink full of your RDA!

No, becuase there's no fiber in the juice. It's straight sugar. If you want t obe hdalthy, you need the fiber from the whole food.

Too much sugar in the juice and lack of fibre.
It may cause you to put on too much unnecessary weight. Think it's best to check with your op/gynae.

Better to eat proper fruit, but if you're not keen why not make smoothies - that way you have a drink and lots of fruit
