Not a logical question. You should have said, IF science eradicates disease...
That will never be.
How much of revelations is literal? Since revelations came before an imaginary event, what would the question beg?

Science hasn't discovered a cure for a disease since polio. The same way alternative fuels have not been mandated in automobiles because it would put the oil industry out of business, disease won 't be cured because it would be too costly for the pharmaceutical companies. As for Revelation, the Lord doesn't lie. He said it will happen...it will happen.

Diseases that we thought were eradicated are making a come back, TB for instance. If the bird flu ever gets going the deaths will be huge, and man is responsible for that one getting started..
So man really isn't eradicating disease, in the bird flu case man is developing new diseases.

Nothing.When the sun finally supernovas we'll ALL be gone.There is a scientific answer to your VERY logical question.The sun will be the true "Anti Christ".Science nor any other being is helpless to stop it.That's my logical take on a very interesting question.I guess I'm not offended like alot of other people because I'm not a Christian.And I've seen WAY too much science to dispel many stories in the Bible.

Science will never eradicte disease completely. We can only contain or treat diseases. Haven't you heard about the return of germs which we have vaccinations for? By Revelations I assume you mean the book in the Bible, nothing people believe whatever they want to.

It has been prophesied by Christian prophets that we are heading for medical miracles. Be able to heal people like never before. And it is from God's Wisdom.
Right now one thing new is targeting cancer with sound waves. People can go home after a few zaps with no scars.
God is also the Great Scientist.
Revelation is given to prophets to tell the people.

Science is creating disease in labs,treatments and drugs are the biggest money making scam on earth.It is quite a market, new disease cropping up constantly.Eradicate ????? Get real, such
a thought wouldn't cross the money- mongers minds.This is a very good example of Jesus saying they turned a house of God into a den of thieves.

science cannot eradicate disease that has become quite obvious since there are still people today dying of the plague along with several other new viruses that people worry about, mad cow, avian flu, west nile, haunta, lime disease. they havent even come up with a cure for the cold. so what makes you think they can handle these new diseases which suposidly suprised scientists that they have come about when in fact they are causing some of them?

Hopefully by that time we'll have moved past the silly mythologies to which the culture is still holding. It will thus be an entirely moot point. Revelations, and by extension the rest of the Bible, will have taken its place next to Romeo & Juliet and the Epic of Gilgamesh (which the Bible plagiarized in many places anyways) in the fiction section.
