The problem with Iraq as I see it is that we are using our military as a police force. Our military is designed to be warriors. We won the Iraq battle a few years ago. I feel that keeping our troops in Iraq is like a turkey shoot for the terrorists. We need to get our boys home. What is the best solution to the Iraq quagmire?

Put the iraqi Government in control of their own adjenda, today! Make them a responsible for their actions to the UN and be accountable to the world if they dont live up to their end of being free and democratic society.

Have you noticed we are still in Korea 50+ years later. There is no leaving.
The problem started when we went to war and tried to be nice about how we kill the enemy. Don't want to harm the friendly civilians. War is defeating your enemy by attrition and that means kill as many as you can till they quit. Kind of like the last time we won a war. We killed people, and a lot of them in Japan, Germany, and Italy.

Best solution is to vote in new leadership in the states that will work WITH the UN. Get some political support wprldwide. Then we can pull out and go invade North Korea.

There is no way,,,,,,, The real problem is that it won't make any difference if we leave 20 years from now or leave tomorrow.
They are eventually going to run THEIR country the way THEY want reguardless of what we do.
