homecoming is usu. just a casual dance.
don't get all fancied up.
especially if you're a freshman, people just wear tshirts and jeans a lot of the time.
they say it's "semi formal" because thats a joke into tricking the freshman!
just do your hair nicer than usual. don't go all out and get it all done up and stuff. you'll probably look like the oddball.

A low chignon, if your hair is long enough. Classy and cute, never goes out of style.
If your hair is shorter than shoulder length, I'd just do something 'different' -- curl it if its generally straight, straighten it if its curly. Just make it look pretty, and keep it off your neck so you can dance without getting sweaty :)

You could do some loose type curls and pin them up in like a ponytail. Or you could do some loose curls that just hang down.

well every face is diff.put a ten in your pocket & go to the local store.look through most of the trendy mags for a style that would look good on you.buy the mag & take to your stylist! hopefully they can do it for you,have a good time!
