What do you do if you just lost your soul mate... its a month and ur still crying!!!! You know he was the one..... Everything just fit well

you lost your soulmate, then hun he was nt your soul mate. yes you loved him but as he has gone your soul mate is still out there searching for you, do find love let love find you, however hard it may be keep optimistic, adn say to day is a new day. you will find love again dont worry, i remember when i thuaght i was inlvoe once when we split i cred for months and it took me a year to get over him, then the most beautiful face i ever saw approached me adn spoke we hit it off strait way and we are in happy realtionship i believe he is my soul mate adn i love him dearly, it just goes to show that you can bounce back adn that ther is always someone ou ther for you, adn sure if i broke up with him i would be heartbroken adn i would slip back into that dark place again but i will always remember that there will be another right round the corner literally, so never give uo hope, i hope you bounce back soon hun good luckx x x

if you lost him/her guess you are not soulmate,,, maybe you will be together in the next life as you said "soul mate". So better look for real love or true love not soul mate...meet new friends and find new person to love.

Well I can't give u much help because I am still geting over my soulmate (first love).And it will be a year july 5th.And I still catch myself crying but I have got better.By see other people and I found a hobby.And it is getting better but it still hurts.My mom says she still have feels for her first love and it has been 30 years now.So I guess we can't get over our first love.Oh first love and soulmate is the same thing in my point of view.

I know this hurts, but if you lost him, he wasn't your soul mate. It works when both people feel it, you can't take the fact that you love him 110% and use that extra to bring him up to 100%, it doesn't work that way.
Take this time to find out somethings about yourself, good and bad. Our first love is always special to us, but the best is yet to come, because it will be a mature adult love.

You go out and take a walk, read a book, immerse yourself in something else.
You need to move on. As my nanna alwaysd said 'there are plenty of fish in the sea'. I don't believe that there is one soulmate for each of us in this world - there are more, you just have to not worry about it.

It takes time to get over some of our biggest loves. If you give it time, I'm sure you'll find someone that will fullfill your life even better than your 'soulmate' did. i wish you the best of luck and fun in finding them.

Obviously he wasn't the one if he left you. If he was the one he would love you forever and never leave. There's someone out there like that I hope for all of us.

You've got to pick up and move on. Things happen for a reason. Maybe he wasn't meant to be yours. I know it hurts right now, but you have to be strong....if he comes back to you, then you were meant to be....
