if you are the deadbeat father or mother that owes and are asking because you owe money. I hope they find you and lock your asss up. I hate deadbeats like you.
To answer your question loser yes they can. It doesnt matter what state you are in. Once you dont pay the money in one state you get a warrent from the warrent officer. They dont enforce them till sweeps time. Then once your license is suspended at that time you get blackbooked in the computers. So if you are in NC as you stated when you get your license plate ran or pulled over you get picked up. At sweeps time if they know where you live they will tell the local pd in NC to pick you up and send you back up or stay in there county till you pay.
GOD I HATE DEADBEATS !
Also as far as your tax returns once the warrent is issued you get a lien placed on your credit and it goes federal and state. So you wont get them either. As well as soon as you file your returns then they know your exact location. LOL

I dont think so. But NC can take your fed return now so watch out. Your wife can get an extension which allows her the money from the other kids.

Yes. If you pay your back child support, they will eventually stop garnishing your refunds. It can take a year or two for the liens and levies to cease, so it is in your best interest to not have refunds for the year you complete your back debt and the following year as well.
