of course, you have to take some time to learn about it.
there's no need for a rush. you may want to enroll yourself at an English class which offers the basic and advance course to review your english. you may want it with a Tutor, or with a class. i think it's better if you choose, the class type of environment, where you could interract/ converse with one another.

and also, it takes a hard work. you really have to want it. that you have to participate; you have to do it, and live it. Have the desire, discipline, determination, and delight at what you do.

practice makes perfect or closer to it. Think, Speak, and Write in English all the time, or most of the time.

and of course, it won't hurt you, if you'll ask GOD for it. =)
"Ask, and you shall receive."

In my opinion, the key to improvement in any language is to continually ask youself this question: "How would I say that in the language I am trying to learn?" as you go about your everyday life. That, and continually trying, even though you make many mistakes you must keep speaking aloud with boldness in order to learn.
