I have to tell you I too am plaqued with big thighs. Even at my lightest weight they were still there. I think that we are just destine to live with it. On a better note a study out of Stanford shows that people with big thighs have a lower risk of heart disease because our excessive fat is gathereing in our thighs and not our around our vital organs in the stomach. So just think of it as a life saver

Have you discussed this with your trainer ? They may be able to suggest exercise routines that can focus on the thighs. Have you successfully lost from other parts of your body ? Good exercise for the thighs is walking, and swimming.

You can develop lean thighs in two ways: reduce overall fat from your body, which will ultimately lead to removal of fat from thighs or tone and firm the thighs using the thigh exercises. When you tone the thighs using exercises, your metabolism goes up. Higher metabolism results in more calories being burned. This leads to reduction of fat deposits in thighs. When you combine aerobics with the thigh exercise, you will achieve results quickly.

It must just be your physical make up. Everyone has a part of the body that will never be as good as they want. Sorry to say but if diet exercise and a trainer couldnt do it... you may have to just accept that it is how you are suppoesed to be. If you cant do that maybe look into plastic surgery.

sit down n fold ur legs from knees so that feet r shaped like folded hands, hold the feet tightly with ur hands from the toes,
shake the legs vigourously in the air, so that the swing touches the ground. do it till u feel the pain.

I'm a runner and I still have big thighs. I really think it has to do with your family genes. My sister is a size 0-2 and she still has bigger thighs for her size. The only thing that I may do someday is have lipo on my thighs.
Good Luck!

Try liposuction, it works great and the fat never comes back. It is painful for a couple of days afterward but with in a week your back to normal just a couple of sizes smaller.
