For long and strong hair follow these steps
Hair breaking is a sign your hair needs more protein be sure your styling products contain a form of it and add more to your diet.
1.) Remove styling product residue which can dull hair and make it look damaged, you can use a clarifying shampoo or apple cider vinegar as a rinse followed by shampoo.
2.) once you have removed product build up,find a shampoo that does not contain Sodium laurel sulfate such as J/A/S/O/N or LAMAS shampoo and conditioner.only use products that do not contain synthetic ingredients because these will build up on your hair leading to limpness, and even loss of hair.
3.)whenever you blow dry your hair be sure to use a diffuser and and with a leave in conditioner or conditioning styling product.
4.) Be sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, and minerals through things like meat, nuts, and beans, essential fats like flax, fish and olive oil, minerals from green vegetables, spinach and seaweeds.take a balanced multi-vitamin and extra biotin, zinc and silica this will help stimulate hair growth from the inside out.
5.)get regular trims, thin hair can become damaged at the ends very easily keep your hair trimmed regularly so your ends stay protected,do not brush thin hair, especially when wet,use a wide toothed comb instead and be careful thin hair is fragile and will snap easily, don't use elastics or harsh ponytails loose hairstyles or up in a bun are best.

Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural.
I've actually used the conditioner on my hair before and I have very fine straight hair naturally and it's the first conditioner that has kept the static away. It didn't really add buildup like a lot of people say Pantene does, and it wasn't damaging at all to my hair like some people say about Pantene. But if you have dry frizzy hair this is the product for you.
The only thing to help improve hair growth is a healthy diet and being nice to your hair...you don't want to manhandle it everyday by drying or ironing it to much or putting in too much product. Some contain alcohol and it dries your hair out a lot. Wash it every other day if you can and everyday massage your scalp with your fingertips. This stimulates the hair folicle promoting healthy growth and more of it.

Try Pantene's "Full & THick Shampoo" then condition with "Full & Thick Conditioner". They work great. Make your hair feel tons thicker, stronger and with more volume. I know...I have weak and dry hair. .These two products are like miracles for fine hair too. Just don't use too many styling products to weigh down your hair and stress it out.
Keep your hair trimmed regularly about every 5 or 6 weeks. Just a fourth of an inch taken off is enough. Hair grows about 1/2 inch per month. Your hair will be unbelievably healthy looking & long in a short time.
Good luck!:-)

Try Herbel Essence Breaksover! With the leave in treatment. Also try Matrix(only available in salons)Leave in tonic. And i know cold showers really stink but wash your hair with cold water it makes it shiner and smother. And this might sound yucky but dont wash your hair every day. Your hair needs some of it own natural oils to keep it healthy. Also use the least amount of products as possible. I have hair past my butt and not to be vein but every time i go out i get comments on how pretty it is. Many times i have been asked if its real. I hope this helps. one more thing NO PERMING OR DYING. This kills your hair and it not really worth it.

there are multiple sturdy products available. you will purely could detect some that do what you prefer on your hair. commonly, you are able to exchange shampoos and conditioners each and every couple of months because of the fact the products tend to construct up on you hair and are not as effectual as once you first started utilising them. I truthfully have wavy/curly hair and the only way i can shop mine comfortable all day is by ability of utilising warm rollers or a curling iron. I doubt you would be wanting to spend that plenty time on your hair. Having your hair chemically straightened might desire to be a greater advantageous determination for you.

Mane & Tail. Buy it online or at a farm supply store. It is better than any salon conditioner. Race horses get VERY GOOD treatment.
