osa.exe maxes out my CPU and makes all other programs run very slow. I want to make it not start up when I boot my PC.

Start>>Run, type in msconfig, click on StartUp tab, then uncheck the program from there, then click Apply, then OK

I hate people who simply provide a URL without answering the question. Most program has somewhere in the preferences a tab where you can specify if you want it to start or not when the system boots You can also remove programs from the Start > All programs > Startup folder You can also type msconfig in the start > execute command prompt and uncheck programs in the startup tab.

Start menu > hit run > Type msconfig in the run box

Then the tabs at the top, look for "Startup"

Uncheck the box for OSA.exe

you can do what the other people said that is one option. you can also try this its a little easier. click start-all programs-start up folder-in this folder you can delete any program that is starting with windows. this will not delete the program just prevent it from starting with windows. good luck
