From basic anatomy most if not all women's vagina's can hold more length than the average joe's penis. How does a woman see this, does she prefer being filled length wise or not?

Being somewhat in this field, I will share a bit of what I know to be fact. Only 1/3 of the clitotial area is even active, the rest is just fluff. When you get inside there are usually two spots - one is sometimes too far back for the normal man to reach and the other is the 'g' spot, which is just inside and up towards the navel.
If you are open minded and concerned about your size, I would suggest you get two 'toys'. Get something a bit on the long side and get something curved and designed for the 'g' spot.
This doesn't mean you are replacing yourself, these type items only enhance relationships and can be very satisfying to both parties.
Some say it isn't quantity but quality and I agree with that. Use what you have effectively and get anything else you need at a store or online somewhere. ALSO communicate with this woman.

Anatomically , the clitoris is the part that brings most pleasure. It is only about 2cm away from the opening so here I'd have to say that size doesn't count. Technique does
