No one says so, it's all a matter of what you believe.

Religions [or faiths] often contradict each others beliefs. For instance, the Jewish faith does not recognize Christ as the Messiah,...and the Christians believe that he is.

I am not an extremely religious person, however, I have studied religions. One common thread between all religions is that they basically believe in doing good, living a clean life, being charitable [or generous] and caring for your fellow man. I think if you adopt these principles and live by them, you could consider yourself to be "multi-faith," ---and you wont go wrong!

[I am not sure multi-faith is a word or term, I just made it up,...I hope you understood what I was getting at! LOL ]

I have many faiths. None of them are religious faiths. I don't believe any gods exist.

I have faith in many people around me. Evidence suggests that they will continue as they have, but there is a certain amount of wishful thinking there, too. That's what faith is, wishful thinking. I try to minimize the things that I just have faith are true, but there will always be some. It is a human weakness.

Multiple faiths no but a synthesis of ideas and beliefs taken from different sources yes. I look at different belief systems and keep whatever has meaning while ignoring anything that is meaningless dogma.

I don't believe you can have multiple faiths but I do believe that you can believe multiple ideas from different faiths.

He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; THAT WE MAY NO LONGER BE CHILDREN, TOSSED BACK AND FORTH AND CARRIED ABOUT WITH EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE , by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error; but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.

If you believe in Christ then you can't believe in multiple faiths because there is only one God - The God. If you believe in other Gods then you are breaking one of the 10 commandments - You can accept that others have beliefs different than your own and live in peace with them even if you disagree with their beliefs. You can't cover all your basis by believing in multiple faiths because what it really boils down to is you don't believe in anything. I believe this is so.

If u have FAITH...then why looking for multiple faiths...that suggest you don't have faith in any of the faiths you are thinking about.

You can have multiple faiths, but not if they are contradictory. If one faith says there is one god and another says there are many gods, you will have a problem.
