The morning is a great time to do it. It helps wake you up by doing something physical first thing in the morning.

I've read somewhere that according to their biological clocks, generally, men prefer to do it in the morning while women at night. But of course, anytime could be a good time for anything.

alot of people like the morning but for me, I would hate for my hubby to leave in the morning after b/c its so comfortable.
But at night, you can go to sleep right after, so I guess that is better for people that are responsible and a job to go to in the morning.
