I've never been to one of the seminar's but I bought the CD and book and it hasn't worked for me. Maybe its just my sub-conscience telling me I need to work harder and not try the easy way out!

Don't know, but every time i'm in the supermarket and pick up a pack of chocolate biscuits i start screaming and running around the store looking for the lettuce!
