Even though I have full internet access my phone has stopped working. I made the changeover at 6.30pm last night. Does anyone have an idea when my phone will be back on?

it takes a couple of days to connect you i think...not sure though

Man your phone shouldn't stop working.
Try unplugging the shitty filter they give you and connect you phone diredtly to the socket.
If this doesn't work call their technical helpline (which they charge a bundle for).
I had tiscali for a year and they were absolutely useless.

when i changed ovr to tiscalli the same happened to me, in the end they decided i couldnt actually recieve their broad band package coz i was too far away from the broad band box in my area, however they continued to bill me for a service i couldnt use, and they still occupy my line to this day.
hope ur problems wont be as bad as mine.

i know people who have changed their provider and been without service for over 3 days it doesnt seem worth it in the end
