When I was 30 the P came in my life. I went to 4 doctors and all said it is psoriasis you cannot do anything, it;s the imunesyst blablabla.
8 years it appeared on my nails. Awfulness and depression.
Last summer I stopped any dairy product and turned to fresh raw juices.
three months later I was totally clear till xmas that I had spoiled my diet and eating chocolate deserts and stuff. The P get came on skin and nails not that much but it was back !! Sh1t Again. I tried my diet program but not succefully. I used my previous thought route which says "that something that you think that is harmless for you, is not. And maybe you overdo it". Two weeks ago I thought that I ll try SUGAR! I had never done this before. Two weeks later (today) I am clear again. Much easier this time. Also no dairy products which contain lactose (sugar). I plan to eat some cheese in 6 months but no sugar. I am over it.

The only time my nail psoriasis cleared up was when I was using something that cleared all my body psoriasis -- Neoral (cyclosporine), UVB light treatments, and now Enbrel.

I have it under my nails the doctor just told me to put the dovonex cream on it and cut my nail down as much as I could. She said that the enbrel shot works the best but I don't have it bad enough for that. I don't know if it works with the dovenex because I don't think about it and put it on my nails. Good Luck.
