Oooooh, yuck! How totally creepy!
If he was coming onto you, then it was a totally gross way to do it. I would report him to his supervisors. That's *totally* unprofessional. I'm usually uncomfortable enough having a stranger in the house, and that would make things 10 times worse for me.
I would report him to his company, and let them know that he made you feel unsafe with those remarks. Also tell them the next time they send someone, it needs to be someone different.

Call the company and let them know what he told you. Even if he was just "joking" and wasn't serious, it was very unprofessional of him to talk that way with you, and I can imagine how uncomfortable that must have been. Call and let the company know what kind of representative they're associating with - most companies would like to know that their employees are being unprofessional, because it's THEIR reputation on the line as well.
Best Regards,
Holly

I would definitely report this to the company. Their employee should not be taking women's phone numbers from the forms, and this is definitely an inappropriate and unnerving conversation for him to be having with customers.

Go by your gut feelings. If you felt uncomfortable and unnerved you know deep down that he had improper intentions. Go to another company and do business with someone who treats you with respect. After all, aren't you the one paying for the service?

While he was just probably trying to make small talk, that was TOTALLY out of line. He could have talked about the weather or something. Tell the company that you felt very uncomfortable and why.

Next time, when you book the appointment, do not book him! Tell the secretary his name, and you do not want him!
Hope you got his name, I would consider calling, ask his name if you do not have it, and ask to speak to the boss.[ Likely, he will do nothing], And state you will not let him in again.
Too creepy! And you just can't be too careful these days.
And if anyone ever says anything weird to you again, show them the door!

O M G - report this creep immediately to the company he works for. That was totally inappropriate, and down right scary.

Sounds creepy to me. His conversation should have been strictly limited to his job, not the perks as he sees them. Yeah, report him to his main office; you don't need that kind of attention.
