it depends on what kind of relationship you have. if you've been going out for a while, then she'll think its really sweet, and same if you are really good friends. in the second case, she might get a hint that you like her more than you're letting on, so if you do feel that way and aren't afraid to take that risk of losing her as a friend then go for it. and also, say it "casually", dont beat around the bush too much as if you are saying i love you for the first time, but dont say it as you would everything else.
