this guy stares at me and smiles at me and never talks to me what are some ways i can flirt with him or find out if he likes me without asking him like do u like me

why not smile back, say hi, maybe he's too shy to come up to you directly and smiling at you is his way of making the first move. if you are interested just walk up to him and say hi, you have nothing to lose!!

hi jess - don't flirt with him yet - let's find out if he is safe, first. ask him to help you with something - pretend you've lost something or need help getting something our of your car - if he is polite and has good manners, then go ahead and make puppy eyes at him or give him your best smile for being helpful - maybe a quick hug if you feel OK with that - don't do anything that is sexually suggestive until you get a chance to see if he's crazy or normal - this will give you the chance to decide if you like him, and if he wants to ask you out, this will give him an opportunity to do that

Make the first move ..he seems to be very shy..
Next time..wave your hand to him ..maybe that will encourage him ..or tell him HI..Or if u r at the same school or college ..ask about him ..Who is he ..??try to know common friends..to get to him ..without being so direct ..!!
