Not necessarilly, some people make a bad habit of staring at others when they are thinking of something. Sometimes boys would stare at girls, but the attention is not neccesarily directed at a single girl, it's just girls in general. If someone is staring at you a lot, you can take it as a cue that the person likes you a bit, but as I say, it may also just be a habit.

Well if it's the opposite gender, then he/she probably has a crush or likes you or just wants to get to know who you are. For me, cuz I've been around these people for three years, it's because I'm doing something crazy, we're friends, or it's one of my stalkers. .... Anyway! If it's the same gender, beware of rumors, that guy/girl being gay/lesbo, or he/she may not like you. I have that problem with people hating me..... ~Rin

yes it always does. weather they think you look wierd. (i get that a lot) have a crush on you. (i also i get that a lot) or just are staring at you for some subcontious reason. best response stare back right in their eyes if anything ut a crush they will look away.

well i used to have tis good looker staring at me all the time and even when she had to turn her head ,i thought she was thinking i was a nerd but later on about 5 yrs later she told me she was interrested in me ! man did i blow it , so go talk to her
