Check "superchips.com" "Predatior Diablo" Those are power programers that allow you to control and adjust things to get more power too. The speed limiter is programed into the engine control computer and is just under the speed rating of the Tires speed rating! Do not attempt high speed runs on plugged or patched tires. A tire comming apart at 130mph can tear a fender off and send the car out of control.
