I want a new hair style, with a longish swooping fringe from my right hand side to left, that ends in a soft point, and it being feathered/shaped but not from my face, from about half way down my neck. The best way i can describe it is to say a youngish Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) from eastenders hair style, but can only find pics with her having a normal fringe. Where can i find a pic of what im wanting , so i can show my hair dresser? Im pretty anxious about my hair and would die if it wrong......... :-)

Find a picture of Michelle Ryan in her role, then take it in to your hairdresser. You can probably find one on the web by calling up that particular film clip. If you can't find it, try drawing it. If you don't have any confidence in your ability to draw, then you probably know someone who can draw what you describe.

If you describe it to the hairdresser as brilliantly as you have done here I really don't think you'll need a picture.
If you really think you need a picture I'm sure if you go to bbc.co.uk & click on Eastenders you'll be able to find something there.

just tell your hairdresser that you want a side fringe cut in from the side that you want, they will have hair magazines in the salon that you can have a look through too if not type in fringes/side fringes on google images and see what somes up.

try www.hairstyles.free-beauty-tips.com you can look through the long hairstyles and print out a pic or two to take to the hairdressers - thats what i'm going to do....its nerve wracking isn't it? especially if they get it wrong!
just watch them while they cut it to make sure they are getting it how you want!!

find a pic. of kelly clarkson in the cure for cancer ad mostly found in teen people mag. and that is exactly what you are looking for!! I have the same style that you described and i got it off of that ad.!!!
