You can make a ginseng flavored coffee, not the other way around, by boiling a piece of ginseng in the Water before filtering it over the coffee grounds.

Good pure ginseng is hard to come by but its not exactly an aphrodisiac it is a revitalizer and seems to have more affect on men then women
