In the Revelation's Epilogue, it is written as it follows:

Revelation 22:18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

I have noticed that some translations do add titles to the chapters of the Book of Revelation. For example, the following titles retrived from the New King James Version:

7:1 The sealed of Israel
7:9 A Multitude from the Great Tribulation
15:1 Prelude to the Bowl Judgments
17:1 The Scarlet Woman and the Scarlet Beast

As with the different cloth that Muhammad used from the old testomony, he picked it up on a visit to Palestine. I accept as true with the translations as shown. however the Qur'an has significant blunders, one among that's so serious that it extremely is been the bane of each cutting-part Islamic society. the fundamental end is that Muhammad grew to become right into a fraud, and controlled to perpetrate the main powerful swindle in human background.

It's wrong to add or remove anything from the Bible. Are you saying the titles were added, or the chapters were added? I don't think it's wrong to add titles, since we have everything broken down for us now.

I don't see this as a problem. It isn't changing any meaning, just helping things be found. I doubt that Revelation, when written, had any chapter and verse numbers.
