First of all, this pet needs to see a Vet imediately, but if not possible, you may try taking away all food and water and give him/her baby pediolyte, non flavored, starting with a small amount at first then wait a while and keep increasing with a pause in between each session.Need to know if he shows other signs of parvo,or if he has had his vaccinations for such.If he has diarrhea along with the vomitting, sounds like he has contacted parvo and survival without a Vet is very unlikely. You must get fluids down him/her.You can try giving 1 tsp per 5 pounds every 6 hrs. of Pepto Bismol.Try going to the site below for household medications for pets.Hope this helps.

There has to be a vet someplace near you, the pup needs to see a vet right away if u love your puppy.
Sounds like parvo. If it is parvo this will start then the bloody diareah. The virus kills the pup by dehydration and sometimes it causes infection in the intestines. It could be worms also as worms can cause some of the same symptoms as parvo.
Get pedialyte this is better than gatorade for dehydration, and keep giving the pedialyte, but without vet attention your pup will most likely die if it is parvo and worms will kill it also, especially since the pup as lost all sense of wanting to eat and drink.
The differant symptom worms have is it will go to the water bowl acting like it wants to drink but instead it stands in the water this is fever.
FIND A VET OR YOUR PUP WILL MOST LIKELY DIE.

Vomiting repeatedly without replenishing fluids does cause dehydration.
DEHYDRATION KILLSS
That Gatorade is terrible - it is completely wrong to give an animal - imbalanced for them!!!!! Grocery store - Pedialite in the baby section is the emergency fluid of choice.
Now if he is so small that syringe by syringe might work (less than 4-5 lbs) an illness that severe so as to cause a sudden onset is very very dangerous
If he is larger, you can't get it in fast enough
SORRY - NO ONE BUT NO ONE CAN TELL WHAT IT TH CAUSE OF THE PUPPY'S ILLNESS ON LINE
You only describe some symptoms - need far more than that (temp, heart rate, eye color - looking for jaundice, ..........) for a diagnosis
Anyone making guesses because "gee my doggy had that" is blowing smoke.
There will be a vet - maybe not within 5-10 miles but there will be one within 60-75. (I've lived in very rural areas)
Now, get out the phonebook for your region and call one

I'm no expert, but it can't be good that you're giving him gatorade! If you must give him something to keep him hydrated, give him pedialyte (yes, the infant electrolyte solution). You can find it at any pharmacy; but you HAVE to find a vet to take him soon. Puppies (like babies) are delicate and could dehydrate quickly, even if you are giving him an oral solution. So do that for the moment and find a vet ASAP to fight off the virus or infection.

First I have to wonder, why adopt an animal if you haven't investigated where a vet was?
In any case, find a veterinarian and get to one IMMEDIATELY. There are tests that can be done to make a correct diagnosis from a professional. Dehydration is serious as it could cause death.

he's more than likely got parvo, ... or an obstruction...hopefully it's as simple as worms. For the sake of the life of this pup, you have to take it to a vet. Don't let him suffer. Pups become dehydrated very quickly.

You better try very hard to find a vet. I did that gatorade thing with my cat, but when I took her to the vet, I found out they need much more hydration than that, and quickly. It's damaging your dogs internal organs.
Also go to a different board than here, go to some vet board or look it up. At least you care for your dog, that's nice.

GET THE PUP TO A VET - why do people ask stupid questions? It's obvious the pup is sick - you even say so. To save this dog, you must get veterinarian care for it!

He's likely got Parvo -- take him to the vet immediately, if you don't there's a good chance he'll die from infection and dehydration -- take your pocketbook with you. For future reference a few $15 shots will prevent this problem...
