Guess it boils down to this, did you enjoy the game? or just sit there bored out of your mind? I imagine your boyfriend picked up on that and on your nervousness. Instead of thinking of him like the boyfriend, think of him more like just a friend and enjoy your time together. And don't over analyze what you two are doing together, that'll just make you worried over nothing. Kick back, enjoy his arms around you, and be happy.

I've never been into sports, never really gone to games or anything... and i think unless you've grown up doing that, have a passion for the team, etc... it can feel a little awkward.
Two weeks ago my bf came to my house for the eagles/cowboys game. i know he LOVES football and i wanted to watch it with him even though normally i could care less about it. I bought his favorite drink, made some snacks, made a pretend "football" jersey.... just silly things to show i was in the
"spirit". I shouted "woo-hoo" at the appropriate moments, asked questions, held hands etc......
i think that's all your boyfriend wants, you to enjoy yourself and make the fun out of it that you can....
best to talk to him when you to are alone if you are still unsure...
tell him you love being with him... but you are not used to the whole "relationship" thing... and let him know you don't always know how to behave in certain situations. this is understandable.... i mean, people don't hit highschool knowing it all....
good luck!

those are very controlling behaviors. If those style of behaviors take place, you're already in a toxic courting. you are able to desire to get out now--and prepare your self for even worse habit. If he will become violent (which those behaviors frequently carry approximately) please get criminal assistance. He does not love you--he's obsessed on you. no longer an identical issues as love! ask for forgiveness to the human beings you have harm and initiate repariing those courting. They needless to say observed this type in the previous you probably did. and that's frequently what happens!

normal behavior is just being yourself..sounds like you don't get into sports, which is ok..just tell him truthful that you really don't get into sports, or maybe it is that you just don't understand them..anyway just be honest with him..if you don't understand about sports, ask him to explain the game. you might just find out that you do like them..he could see that you weren't into it..you do not have to "act" anytime..acting is not being honest with yourself and others..blessings

When his opposing team wins jump up and say, "yeah baby!!!!! Woooohhhhhh!!!!!". Then he might be like, "okay baby, chill out."
Or maybe you might want to try and get into sports like him. If not, than option number one seems to be okay.

well... i was a senior last year and that's what i did when i got invited over to movies/ sportsgames. if you feel like you want to snuggle him then do and if you don't want to than don't. just because you have a boyfriend doesn't mean that you get to let him do what ever he wants...
