It sounds like it could be a severe urinary tract infection. You will have to take her to the vet today to get her antibiotics. If you don't her to the vet, she will get even worse. It will get to the point where only blood comes out. It is a very serious problem, so please take her to the doctor today.

Vet, ASAP! Blood in the urine is not a good sign at all. Call the vet as soon as you can and tell them what is going on. It sounds like maybe an infection and as those are quite painful she needs treatment as soon as possible.

Could be a bladder infection or cystitis - very common in female dogs and pups. See your vet for treatment!
