Rich & Hearty steak & roasted russet potatoes soup -- "Plentiful, hearty cuts of steak are combined with skin-on, roasted Russet potatoes and simmered in a rich, flavorful broth for a superior taste." Hmmm...

With my soup I am going to melt a thick slice of garlic cheddar on a roll... a new found favorite of mine.

No dessert planned yet.... I'll have to go raid some of the pre-Halloween candy dishes I guess!

Enjoy your lunch!

Mozzarella cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, hard boiled egg , seasoned with fresh ground black pepper and salt, sprinkled with olive oil and lemon juice, perhaps a sprinkling of hot paprika on the egg, some garlic bread and a glass of chilled Australian, dry, white wine. Heaven.
