i find a good quality one like Pantene but just the classic care and then using a stay in conditioner or a megashine oil capsule every couple of washes makes a real difference to my horribly dry hair

If you already own a shampoo, which I am sure you do, try really getting in there and give yourself a nice, long massage. This will bring the blood to the scalp, increasing circulation and increasing the amount of esential oils your hair follicle produces. I mean, moisturizing shampoos, I use sunsilk in the pink bottles because it is much more affordable, does the trick but in the long run the massaging of the scalp will produce the results you desire and specialty shampoos will not be needed.

Herbel Essence Breaks over Shampoo and Conditoner. Also try Matrix(only at salons) leave in tonic. Also i know cold showers stink but wash your hair with cold water. Also try washing your have every2 days. your hair needs some of its own natural oils to be healthy.

Herbal Essence.
DO NOT USE PANTENE!
Several, several hairstylists have told me that its one of the worst things to use.
And also use a separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a 2 in 1.

I colour my hair every 4 weeks or so. My hairstylist recommended a shampoo that has olive oil in it.
