It's because he likes to insult everthing and anyone he interviews...for example,after talking to a large crowd,he says;"Thank you folks,you have really been a great audience..........for me to poop on!!!

Sounds as if you are in a tight spot. This dog needs lots of running free time and needs to be in the country to do that, do not give up, go to your local vets office and ask them about a dog rescue place, if they do not know one call other vet offices one will definately lead you into the right direction.
Being a pit bull and lab mix you have two very stubborn breeds mixed into one and they are very smart but have hard headed tendencies.
LOL, my neighbor had the same problem with her pit eating everything in sight. her shoes, her purse, cell phone and etc. They are very notorious for this. Rawhide chews will not work as the dog will eat them also, and this could cause many digestional issues.
Keep checking around for rescues they are out there but just a bit hard to find, your local vets should be able to lead you in the right direction good luck.
