Help! I need some creative ideas for IMing!?

My best friend and I have all day to spend together online IMing. He's stuck in bed...knee surgury. Any ideas on games we can play or things to do, some way to keep him laughing? I'm trying to come up with a plan to keep the boredom away.

Yahoo has lots of games you two can play together until your hearts are content. Hope your friend heals soon. Personally I like Spades and Dominoes. Another fun one is Yahoo Graffiti. Good luck!
