If you were of the opposite sex would you be offended if they didn’t shake hands with you
Example A woman wouldn’t shake hands with a man
And a man wouldn’t with a woman.
My thought is that if it’s a persons belief that its ok.

It depends on your cultural beliefs, you can't force people from different cultures to do things you're used to in your culture. An Arabian women may not shake a man's hand, but I would, we're both muslims, but we have different cultures as well, I wouldn't be offended!

No if it was a lady who will not shake my hand but if it was a man yes it would offend me him not shaking my hand
