I said it before, I'll say it again...
Am I the only one that saw it on the news? It was national news!!! The Jewish powers that be were in an uproar over his film. As if this was some sort of new story being told!
Mel was being persecuted. YES. For real! I'm not making this up for some secret agenda against Jews!! He was being persecuted behind the scenes and it spilled out everywhere...if you cared to do a little research.
My point is, he was being denied his rights as an American, as an artist and as a Christian. Don't you think this man had the right to hold resentment toward them? Therefore, I take the whole thing lightly. If he insulted Jews, it was Jews that caused this from the get-go.
NOT MEL'S DOING PEOPLE...GET THE FACTS. The man was drunk and resentment from the persecution spilled out. Truth is, Mel's the good guy!!

Mel has problems just like you and me. While your or my problems may not be alcohol or drugs, we do have issues. Mel is trying to dry himself out and become a better person for his mistake and everyone makes mistakes. I have always liked Mel Gibson. He is a fine actor and a fine person. He just had a bit too much to drink. I bet it never happens again.Give the guy a break. If it was one of your friends or relatives, would you feel the same way?
