Many Muslims fast and pray during Ramadan. Even Hindus Fast and Pray during Navrathri. I don't know about Christians because I have a very few Christian friends.

Yes. I pray 5 times everyday; this is the obligation. I sometimes pray (sunnah) or any extra kind of prayer depending on how I feel. I fast the month of Ramadan (obligation) and sometimes fast extra days for the sake of being close to Allah.

What about you?

May Allah bless us all.

I truthfully have by no ability fasted. no one has ever stated, to me, that this became a call for. I constantly theory fasting became area of Mosaic regulation. which would be Judaism. i'm Christian. I do pray for human beings, frequently. I firmly have self belief interior the flexibility of prayer. God can do something He needs. we would desire to invite Him. He won't constantly furnish our supplication, yet we constantly might desire to desire.
